"Salon Policies"

Regarding Children in the salon

“We offer services for the whole family in the salon, but we do have rules for our special little guests when their not being serviced themselves... To maintain the relaxing atmosphere of the salon, and for the safety of your children, children must be seated next to an adult not being serviced in our waiting area the entire time in the salon for appointments that exceed thirty minuets. If an appointment will exceed that we may require an appointment rescheduling. They cannot wander freely around the salon due to the chemicals and tools used. This is for every ones safety. “If these rules are not followed you will be asked to remove your child or children from the salon.”

 

 

Regarding Cancellation/No Shows

“ A 24 hour notice prior to your appointment is required. There will be a fee for cancellation if not done 24 hours prior. A fee of 30% of the scheduled appointment will be Charged if client does not show up for the appointment or call to cancel their appointment out side of the 24 hour window.”

Regarding Late to Appointments

Clients that are 10 mins late or more may be asked to reschedule at Stylist discretion . If we can still accommodate you there will be a late fee added onto your service total. We Value your time and ask for you to Value ours as well.

 

Regarding Refunds/Corrections

“All Stylist in the salon are considered Independent businesses with in the salon. There fore stylist are solely responsible for transactions, refunds or corrections to services preformed.”
